A milestone worth celebrating at Nasdaq Stockholm

Friday marked a special moment for Disruptive Pharma, as colleagues, Board members and guests gathered at Nasdaq Stockholm to celebrate the company’s new chapter as a listed company.

The opening bell ceremony was an opportunity to reflect on how far Disruptive Pharma and Formulite® have come – from many years of scientific research and pharmaceutical development to clinical validation and an increasing focus on commercialization.

Formulite® has its origins in research at Uppsala University and has since been developed into a clinically evaluated platform technology for oral drug development. Today, Disruptive Pharma is working to translate that technology into broader commercial value through development projects, strategic partnerships and licensing collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

The Nasdaq ceremony therefore represented more than a listing milestone. It also marked the transition into the next phase of the company’s development, with a clear focus on expanding partnerships and establishing Formulite® as a commercial platform.

Disruptive Pharma would like to thank its team, Board, shareholders, partners and everyone who has contributed to the journey so far.
